Multirental arose from a family business that has been in the market for nearly 30 years – Multi Serviços. To tell the story of Multirental, we have to refer to the umbrella group to which it belongs and what motivated its appearance.

Founded in 1993, Multi Serviços specialises in providing container services for waste and cleaning spaces, excavations and demolitions. Its development also began to incorporate rental equipment, such as heavy machinery and trucks. It was a small step to diversify the business for the rental of city and commercial cars (rent a car service), and transfers to/from the Faro airport, which eventually happened in 2015.

Currently, Multirental is present in three cities in the Algarve, namely Lagos (headquarters), Lagoa, and Faro airport.
