INTERMARCHÉ GAS STATIONS DISTINGUISHED WITH THE SGS PERFORMANCE SEAL

In a continuous process of guaranteeing the quality of our fuels, we teamed up with SGS Portugal to bring to life the project “Supplying fuels with monitored quality and safety”. The project, which began in 2014, began with the process of verifying the quality of the product sold at gas stations, as well as the integrity of the equipment in service.

In 2016, the challenge was launched to develop a more complete and integrated solution, which was based on three essential pillars:

• Quality of fuels sold;
• Training of Fuel Station operators;
• Security of people and goods.

SGS returns to our stations to confirm the quality of our fuels and ensure that we offer our customers all the necessary safety conditions for refueling their vehicles.

Through this project, SGS carries out complete monitoring of the quality of fuel filling stations, which includes not only the product, but also the service and the installations and equipment themselves. In this way, SGS contributes to building a relationship of trust between Intermarché and its customers and to satisfying the needs of the end consumer, gaining an increasingly stronger presence in people’s lives.
