This is a standalone property. Included are: Beach towels, a convertible Sofa (Double Bed), Sun lounges, a huge private Terrace with a view of the bay/beach, a Landscaped garden, a dining suite, Bathroom amenities, an Automatic coffee machine, Large 55″ brand new 4K TV, International TV Channels, Super Kingsize bedroom with its own LCD TV.
Guest access
The house is on a pedestrian street with no car traffic, yet large car parking is just metres away. Guests are only a few paces away from the entrance to the old town which leads directly to the town centre. There is really no need to have a car unless you want to visit the many fabulous beaches.
Other things to note
Can sleep 4 as the Italian Sofa is convertible into a Double Bed fully stocked with Sheets, Pillows etc.
